A confirmed blind box means the character inside is known and guaranteed, unlike a traditional blind box where the figure is a surprise. This allows collectors to purchase specific figures to complete their sets or find their favourites.

2. Are all items on your website authentic?

Yes, all items sold through our website are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official brands or trusted suppliers.

3. What is a preorder item?

A preorder item is a product that has been ordered from the supplier but has not yet arrived in New Zealand. Preordering secures your figure before it is available for general sale. Estimated arrival time is typically 2–3 weeks after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

4. When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders containing preorder items will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you wish to split shipping, please contact us—extra shipping charges may apply.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or cancelled prior to packaging. Once packed or dispatched, we cannot make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. Please follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter for updates on future shipping options.

7. What condition will my boxes arrive in?

We take care to pack all orders securely. While we aim to provide items in good condition, minor shelf wear or scuffs may occur during transit. If box condition is important to you, feel free to request photos before dispatch.

8. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, local pickup is available (use CODE: AUKPICKUP). Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

10. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it quickly, including offering replacements or refunds where appropriate.
