Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, we typically ship within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Options: We offer NZPost economy (other cities), courier (Auckland) as cost-effective option. Feel free to email us if you like to upgrade to courier.
Please note there will be additional fees for rural address.
Tracking & Delivery Information: If you’re unable to view tracking updates on the NZPost website after shipment, it means the package is still in transit from our warehouse to the carrier's facility. Your package is on its way! If you'd like to track it more closely, please reach out, and we'd be happy to assist.
Return Policy
Blind Box Orders: Our site are selling confirmed blind box orders. All sales are final. Once payment is received for these items, cancellations or returns are not accepted.
Factory Defects for Art Toys: Please note that we do not take responsibility for factory defects, as we do not manufacture these toys. If your package arrives intact but there are issues with the toy after opening (e.g., damage or defects inside the packaging), please contact us. We’ll assist in finding a resolution, but any compensation will be at our discretion.
